It’s located in the Coffee Growing Axis in the city of Manizales, geographic Center of Colombia's three main markets: Bogotá, Cali and Medellin.
Caldas Basic Industries S.A. was established in March of 1988, and began Production in March of 1990 with a AN INSTALLED capacity of 100 MTD of Sulfuric Acid. In 1999 it was decided that it would be launched as a company International rank, through the implementation of systems of Quality and with Environmental Performance based on ISO regulations, certified by ICONTEC. Currently projects are underway to produce Sodium Sulfites and Liquid Sulfur Dioxide, in order to increase our products briefcase.
